Rheumatology care at Poole/Bournemouth Hospitals

I am considering moving to this area and would appreciate feedback about the delivery of care as it concerns consultants, staff, emergency hotline. I have psoriatic arthritis and would be particularly interested in anyone has received care there for this condition. many thanks.

Hi, I asked the same question when I moved to Poole, I had good feedback and for the last 8 months I've been under Poole Hospital and I can only give praise. I have rheumy nurse appointment in a couple of hours actually. They referred me to the podiatrist as I had insoles and he has been absolutely brilliant. When I've had a couple of bad blood test results they rung me the very next day after the test.

Many many thanks to those of you who have responded about the excellent care at Poole Rheumatology. I also found it very important to read prior discussions from forum members who talked about the issue of funding and changing hospitals now on thephone to Poole Rheumatology and they are very encouraging.
