Don't Ask - random poetry

[Azabat]

Poetry escapes me today,

Tumbles through my aching fingers,

Trembles out of reach out of mind.

I am an excerpt from my life,

A broken phrase detached and shrill,

Scratched and hollow as broken song.

I wrote a reply earlier but it hasn't shown up. Strange things are happening in that there ether!

My message said something about opening Mary's cage to let the songbird fly.

perhaps admin took it down because it wasn't poetic enough😥

But you're still breathing, concentrate on that Bat. This episode won't last forever but meantime try to focus on positives, maybe even try Jo's lovely Dali Lama's healing chant see if that would help. I know it's difficult but we don't want you going down the slippery slope. Warming hugs & thinking of you. x

Once again beutifully expressed Bat... Hang in there girl, hunker down and ride the storm - we are here right beside you willing things to improve and sending plenty of possative vibes!

Jora's chant is truly peaceful and uplifting at the same time and I recommend listening to it in a darkened room under a warm duvet whilst visualising that coastal canoe experience waiting to happen for you!!!
