Pip anybody else applied for pip?? Just rang the dwp about mine as my Dla doesnt run out till,August but really worried now that I won't get my pip ??? Can't survive without my car that I get on Motobility anybody get good news about it? And did u have to have an assesment ? Thanx x

Sorry cannot help as mine was a new application not a conversion. There is a website that goes into more detail about the descriptors used in the form - I'm sure someone will post the link shortly. It is worth getting outside advice to fill in the form either CAB or local council benefits adviser (the one that came to see me was a DWP worker). Farm

My DLA is due to run out June and I received a renewal form for DLA in Feb. I dread it because I too need this money after losing my job through ill health. I contacted Benefit and work site because I am concerned that I complete the DLA renewal and then get told I have to complete PIP form because of the change over. It takes me so long to do anything lately and the brain fog doesnt help. I was advised to complete the form I have been sent and provide evidence to be assessed. I have a few months to complete the DLA form but I get the feeling that a PIP form wont be long in being sent to me. Have you checked out the benefits and work site? Also NRAS have an info booklet on PIP. It is a worry though. Good luck. Gentle hugs Joolz.x
