What a waste off my time and theirs, The young girl was so nice and helpful she could see I was a ill and kept asking me if I was Ok and she would make it as quick as possible, Then she went through EVERY QUESTION that's in the PIP application pack and this was with her one finger typing two forward one back she did try the pencil drop I totally ignored it then when she bent down I said 5 years ago ago I would have caught the pencil before it hit the ground a sort of huff & puff end of conversation. She said it would take between 8 & 12 weeks overall it was not that bad but I should never have been there.matt

PIP 2.
I must have missed PIP 1 Matt, sorry, on & off the site just now & not following too well. I hope that you're successful getting PIP then it'll be worthwhile. Oddly though I didn't have a pencil drop test but maybe it's different ones they try to catch you out on so we're not prepared for them! I had my result within a fortnight & that included Christmas & NY bank holidays so hopefully you shouldn't have too long to wait before you hear.
I do hope you get a good result, it is a worrying time I had the drop the piece of paper and I picked it up for the lady on my examination was only in there 20 mins and told it would take 7 week for results 14 weeks later got turned down after a long drawn out appeal I got awarded don't give up if you get a negative result ,but I hope it has gone better than you feel it did.
Well if you don't get it with two serious health issues there, a no hope for the rest if us!! Just glad you managed to get there when u have been poorly. I'm sure it will be successful! Xx
hi mattcass,
fingers crossed for you,
Beverley
Wow those tricky Devils. Pencil dropping to see if the "gentlemen" will pick it up! intetesting indeed.
Maybe going sick will work in your favour. Good luck!
