Well I'm Home.

The Rheummy team are drawing at straws they think Fibromyaglia may be part of the problem they say I should not be in pain with the amount of Steroids I was on so they have changed all my medication around with the help off the pain management team and over the next week my Gp and p/m team will build the medication to the level they think should help and over a period I should be pain free or near as,The Respiratory team are not having the Biological treatment and will only agree if everything fails, Fran is so happy at this decision because is scared of the risks involved but if all fails and I go through the same scenario again she will agree that it might be the only option left to me I say lets try it and hope for the best Well I'm home and looking forward to spending time with Fran & Indy thanks for all your posts and support.Matt

Glad you are home safe. It must be a hard decision to try and make even with all the information. Fibro can make your body super sensitive to pain so maybe on top of everything that is causing extra problems. It often goes along with autoimmune diseases apparently. ell good luck and I hope that something starts to work for you soon.

Fbromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and ME can all be down to untreated or under medicated Thyroid.

Look on Thyroid UK.

I too had Fibromyalgia and once my thyroid was 'OPTIMALLY' treated my Fibromyalgia fell away.
