Good news

Despite the fact that I can't seem to get hand and shoulder pain under control, meds must not have kicked in yet, I feel full of the joys of winter!! My beautiful daughter gave birth to a lovely little girl yesterday, she's gorgeous.

Just wanted to share my news.

Me and my big mouth. My tinnitus has just reminded me it is still there and still causing me trouble. Yes it has gone off again. Not as bad as the other Saturday thank goodness. I have been sick and now i hope it will settle down and not give me too much trouble today.xxxx
