pip

pip update as some of you will know I have been waiting for my turned down pip to be reconsidered since 5th june I was told on Monday that it was being done that day , I have now been told it will take 8 more weeks as reconsiderations are now taking seven months plus .

So sorry to hear that Junebee. The whole disability benefits system appears to be a mess right now. I think they just hope we'll make a miraculous recovery if made to wait. Hope you're successful in your appeal. Did you get help to apply?

hi paulywoo I cannot appeal until its been reconsidered ,but I have got some help if I have to do that, how did you get on with your medical?

Oh I've not had a date yet and your guess is as good as mine on that one. The papers have been with ATOS since April. I'm not looking forward to it as I'm not very good at admitting what I can't do but I'll have to try. I lost on my ESA appeal but I had no help and really didn't know what I wad doing so for PIP Ive been to CAB. x

yes I did a lot of photography before I got rd my slr is too heavy for me now I hope to take it up again one day

I used to do a lot of moth trapping, both in the garden and out in the sticks, but had to stop because of my RD. Took lots of photos of different species over the years with my trusty old Nikon 4500 compact. Nothing as good as your photo though.. it's a cracker!
