Rhuemy visit today

Just been to rhuemy on emergency app due to bad flare up, at hospital tomorrow morning for steroid infusion then try tocilizumab again in 2 weeks time.... Just hope this works!

Hi, thank you.,. It not doing quite what I needed from it at moment hoping in a bit of time it will as still got se joints bad, even though it has helped some. Hope your mums ok

Mine work about 48 hrs after drip or injection and help a bit for about six weeks. X

Fingers crossed it will improve over next couple of days then, just think as helped some of my joints and not the very bad ones yet that it might not do enough, my body seems quite reaselant to a lot of drugs I take x

I also found the injection steroid didn't help me, trying not to be negative about will just have to wait and see I suppose x

I hope it will help! It helped mine as the steroids dampen down inflammation therefore should dampen own the RA inflammation. I still got bits of pain but could cope much better. I hope it kicks in very soon xxxxxxx
