My MRI results showed a bursitis .arthirtus and an impingement I'm having a steroid injection Saturday if that doesn't work he will operate and cut some bone away or something like that the clavicle to get my range back I should have written it down

My bloods were excellent and we spoke at a later date maybe reducing mtx. I explained I m vegan and try and do the clint paddison programme as much as I can and he was very supportive

So all good news , bonus I never need to see obnoxious old rheumy again

Thank you all for your support xxxxx

Glad everything going well for you now. I was interested to see you mentioned the paddison programme. Have just googled it as had never heard of it before. Can I ask if you found it helpful and how long have you engaged with it.
