Absolutely Freezing - Bring Back Summer!

Hello all!

It has been quite a while since I wrote a blog but I am back and more blogs will be coming your way soon!

It is absolutely freezing here at the moment and I hate it. I know it’s all part of winter but meh, I just want it to be summer again.

This time of year plays absolute havoc with my joints. The cold weather makes my joints stiff and sore so I have to make sure I keep nice and wrapped up warm. The only problem with this though is that it is so cold here that I have to wear quite a few layers – I think I am starting to look like a marshmallow!

My arthritis has been okay recently, I have had the odd grumble here and there but it’s nothing that a few painkillers can’t sort out. I’m off into hospital next Friday to have a joint injection in my wrist and let me assure you the nerves are kicking in already. I have lots of uni things to keep me occupied though so I guess I will just have to focus on those and keep postive for now.

I’m looking forward to seeing all the fireworks tonight! We are having a few in the back garden so I am super excited I will be making sure to wear my layers again though otherwise I will be super stiff in the morning!

Litttle Em it is lovely to hear from you again. I like you don't like this weather,it would be bad enough with the cold,but the wet and the wind well i think i will just curl up and wake upp in spring. Have a lovely bonfire night.xxxx

Hi Little Em,

You are back again like me. At least we can dip in and out, and now that winter is on it's way perhaps more of us will return while we are snuggled up indoors. I would like to go away and come back as a squirrel next time, hibernate in winter with my nuts and enjoy prancing around from tree to tree in the summer xxxx
