Hello BOB here

Give it a chance, give it a little time to sort out. It will depend where the injection has been placed, although most probably be in next 24 hours. There could be bruising

All the best

With any joint that has been injected with steroids they need to be rested to allow the steroid to work on the inflammation.

I hope this helps. Paul

I've always been told to rest for 24 hrs after a steroid injection, so suggest you take it as easy as possible tomorrow. Hope it settles town

I always rest and been told to for 24 hrs after injection but it normally takes about 48 hrs to work well. Hope work goes well and you are no too much in pain xx

I concur with all of the above. I have had a few over the years and rest for a few days is what my Dr say The pain should subside within around 24 hours normally.
