Good morning all,

There is only one group meeting this week, please see the details below:

Ashford NRAS Group

This group are holding their 2013 meetings at Furley Hall, Maidstone Road, Ashford TN24 8TX from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The meetings start with a presentation by a guest speaker, then after a break there will be time for a general discussion between the group on the topic of the meeting.

29th August - Leslie Ross, qualified acupuncturist will be talking to the group about complimentary therapies.

I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend.
