A recent blood test showed LgG 4.7 and LgM 25.4. My scan showed a couple of foci if increased T2 and flair signal in the deep white and matter of the left and right parietal lobes and occipital lobes consistant with small vessel ischaemia. Does anyone know what any of this means?

I would really ask your GP or specialist to explain, as they will be able to look at these results in the context of your full medical history and know what's significant for you and what isn't. IgG and IgM are measures of antibodies in your blood, so show whether you are eg fighting and infection. Look at labtestsonline as that is a useful website for blood tests. As for your scan results, it is rare that anyone gets a totally clean bill of health as all sorts of things such past illnesses, infections, high blood pressure and so on can leave traces that show up on a scan. So these results could mean something or nothing, and it really is best that you speak to a medical person. Polly.
Ask your GP to explain, as they should get a copy of the results, as otherwise you'll just fret for weeks. And it's probably nothing to worry about. Px
Its very obsessing of course - I'm the same and I am 18 months since diagnosis so you are reacting very normally. I don't know what your results mean but, as Polly suggests, take these results to your GP and ask them to explain what the significance is. Tilda x
