I’m vegan, and don’t have sugar.
Just curious actually, as I guess I have assumed the majority will be Omnivore.

I’m Flexitarian.... which is basically means I mainly eat plants, but have fish or meat every now and then.
It’s not quite the same as being an omnivore, as the balance is 95% vegetarian, whereas omnivores are more likely to eat much more animal protein.
I am a meat eater.xxx
I'm vegan.
Omnivore
Just to add, I am vegan where ever possible, diet, clothes, toiletries etc. However with regards to medications, I am where at all possible, but not where it isn't! Haven't even looked into the ingredients in my RA meds.Have periods when I don't have sugar too, but now unfortunately is not one of them! Would like to blame the prednisolone but it's just me, can't stop eating!
I’m an omnivore but eating far more vegetarian meals than I used to. Advised to manage my unstable blood sugar levels with eating some protein, ideally at every meal, so it’s difficult to do that without eating fish, meat or eggs.
I have been a lacto vegetarian all my life (I have an intolerance to meat and fish).
I'm an omnivore but I don't eat that much meat.
I was vegetarian for 16 years but stopped when I was pregnant with my eldest daughter (just had overwhelming craving for cod which is really weird as I hate seafood).
I still don't eat certain meats but I wasn't a very healthy vegetarian, ate alot of cheese sandwiches and not alot else 😲
I need a huge change in my diet as bread makes my IBS bonkers lately
Apologies for the indepth look into my diet 😄 sure you are all thrilled to read about my IBS ha ha x
I get that totally! I wasn't either particularly a healthy vegetarian when I was, barr some long stints of good living in the days I had willpower! Now vegan, I'm certainly not perfect at that either!
As for IBS, I still ,after practically a lifetime eat all the wrong things, knowing rightly what all the good things are!
Flexitarian here. It's probably coincidence but a year into RD it was as if a switch was flipped and I suddenly couldn't tolerate eating meat. I can't give up bovril though
Wonder what it was that triggered your not being able to tolerate meat all of a sudden. RD is a funny old thing and you do wonder how complex it can be. In my case I have never been able to eat meat or fish which for some is fascinating but for me I have always got on with it.
Omnivore here, but we have a couple of veggie days a week. Our daughter is veggie so I try to make sure at least sometimes we all eat the same.
Been vegan since long before diagnosis. Also, I usually only have a little sugary treat on weekend evenings alone (for example, a little vegan chocolate pudding or a few vegan cookies), but this week it’s been every evening. I’ll blame it on Christmas spirit.
Been a vegetarian most of my life, but interestingly I was a vegan when I was first diagnosed (although I hasten to add I don't blame veganism at all!)
I briefly experimented with eating meat a few years ago out of curiosity, but couldn't really see what all the fuss was about and gradually slid back into full vegetarianism.
I eat a varied diet any thing in moderation but luckily I don’t have a sweet tooth 😁
Flexitarian , mostly fish if I do it anything. But I have been both vegetarian and vegan . I wasn’t particularly good being a vegan as the substitutes for somethings are awful . 🤗
As I am severely disabled I cannot cook or do any house work. I eat whatever I am given.
I eat a lot of fish, dairy produce fruit and vegetables. Occasionally I have chicken or beef.
Flexi too. Mainly veg, nuts, fish, salads but also dairy - cheese, kefir. Salivate at the thought of sprouts, so may be low on vit K LOL
