Hurray back on line at last. I am feeling quite ok mentally quite happy must be the sun and the daffodils but oh god my right foot is really painful. I have got a heat pad wrapped around it at the moment. Hope it doesnt stop me having a bop tomorrow night. I may have to numb it with some alchohol.

were you off too, was hoping to go to abba/ beegess tribute night but my joints say no!!!, mm alcohol, well just a glass....

Hi summer i went to a singles club with my friend and had a great time bopping with my friend. Had a couple of ciders oh and a big glass of red wine before we went so pain was numbed.
