A friend downloaded a picture of a poster on facebook with a message of courage. After reading it I immediately thought of all those people on this site who are suffering with this dreaded RA far more than I am and who just carry on day after day trying to be positive and coping the best way they can. I thought I might share the message with you. It reads:-
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, " I will try again tomorrow"
Best wishes to all who are suffering with aches and pains today.
