Hi just had hip replacement 4 weeks ago

im taking two more weeks hoilday

I am salaried at my job im hoping to go in partime

Work rest from home will i get the same pay ???

This is probably best checking with your Employer or HR Dept as employers don't all work the same regarding sick pay/phased return. I know where I work if we are returning to work on a phased return after a period of sickness our pay stays the same but the difference is recorded as sick if that makes sense?? You say that you are using annual leave though not sick pay??

Oh I see :). Yes sounds like youre right if they've agreed you can work from home...which is good of them! - you should get your full pay.
