It is a physical, physiological and chemical war....
The physical is in most parts the easiest one ...
The physiological one will drain your emotions up to breaking point....
And the chemical war in your brain will sometimes cause some really "Blah" moments..
Being prepared means know thy enemy...Read as much as possible on quitting and what is happening to your body
The good news is... all the aspects can be overcome and winning battle after battle will give you victory and the war won...Take my mantra...Do not defend...Attack...!!

If im honest, at first it wasn't going. I was up and down all night Due to the weather do i when i woke up the last time i got aggravated and grabbed one of hubbys and said i would do it another day. Hubs said i could still do that i would just find other reasons. So i did. Have a few first thing tjis morning but now i am four hours in and doing better. Drinking a lot of water. And hitting my vape pretty harc but its still better rhan a cigarette. Im gonna do this .
