Sorry, haven't posted my diary update for a few weeks now. Hope everyone is doing good and enjoying our mini heatwave here in Ireland and think the UK is getting it aswell 😎🍦🏖🌅 Currently 19 degrees here, almost 20 degrees warmer than this time last month with the beast from the east 🌨🌬❄☃️

I joined this forum in October last year when I quit cold turkey. It went really well...

until 21st Dec then monthly for 2 months then thats it.
Anyhow here is my Month 1 complete stats....
