You are fighting a hard battle but victory is in sight in the not so distant future, I believe this so much, wishing you continued strength and to keep that sword up at all times

RoisinO1 i cannot imagine a higher compliment. It is battle but that is the first really postive/high & hopeful feeling ive had since quitting after reading your post. I guess 6 months will be soon! If i werent so fat id jump for joy👍🏻🧗🏼‍♀️

Ah don't be so hard on yourself with the weight, you have a lot of stuff going on in the inside causing this that hopefully will be resolved soon - just wondering do you swim by any chance?

Absolutely love to swim. Looked into indoor pool pass &500 so thag wont be happening. Ive heard they may have grants for diabled people though just havent been cleared through govt even though Dr.s have run out of ideas what to do with me.

Thats just what I was going to suggest about joining a swimming club and get use of all their facilities too, sauna, steam room etc... keep at the government for your rights, in the meantime what about maybe looking into having a spa day once a month, know I have been on few here in Ireland with deals hotels have, you could go with your sister, make it a late New Years resolution

Great idea Roisin, there is great mid week deals you get for spa days which include use of all their facilities, definitely worth considering while waiting on getting things organized and approved Exsmo

I literally live on $200 a month. There is no extra. I splurge on raisinf the heat 1 degree if it’s cold. Lol

Lawyer says my case is on the docket for next December. ⛰

Thanks Lizzy. As always getn a kick outta you You’re just bursting with positivity! Luv it! My 6months isn’t until March 30 i think. Weeks add up different though. Then i have a hebrew calendar so am All kinds a messed up tehee.

Exsmo Im very happy for you !! What an achievement !

I also gained weight so I know how you feel but Im trying a little each day to at least watch more what I eat

I also feel less inflamed after 7 months quit and you know how is it with tyroide disorders ..

One thing I’ve notice since I’m taking bromelain enzime I’m digesting food much better and my stomach is not so swollen ..I’m also drinking more water and I’m constantly doing deep breathing exercises a little bit of everything ..👌

Very interesting about enzyme Hidden . A friend just told me about them, so ive jist started. Good to hear they are working for you. How long has it taken? Have yet to go to new dr about thyroid. ENT was fine w waiting 6more months. Not me! Am also very glad you’re less inflamed. Am like a zepplin still oh & I won’t be 6 months til March 30

Hi Exsmo...Something I wrote down for myself reading it somewhere, not to forget the most powerful path to success...

"The most important thing to get success in life is to have faith on yourself. So have faith on yourself and be happy all your life."

Another nice thing I remembered is someone saying.."I like nights because without darkness we will not be able to see the stars" (beyond the dark picture you are seeing yourself there are stars shining)

Six months is around the corner and from there it is downhill all the way......Congratulations..
