Sorry about not writing much, I work as a restaurant manager and December has just been manic!

I can imagine thorpey11 , I qualified there as a chef during the summer, hope to starting soon as a chef/cook in my local hospital, but over Christmas, was out on a few nights for parties and restaurant/hospitality business is really booming, meals out is the new going out!
