Ciggie, I've followed your ups and downs when I was planning to quit, I've done it now .... nearly four weeks, it's so hard sometimes, we can do this because we WANT to.

Wine or coffee, it doesn't matter, it's all better without the poison stick, stay strong 💪💪 😁

Thanks Hev. Certainly want to this time. Got to watch out for that little voice in my head at all times! Have that wheeze each morning, but not coughing cos I don’t light up any more👍

We, sorry for not updating you Roisin. Fell down but I can now confirm my last cigarette was on 9 February 2018 and still going strong. Did have one puff last Saturday night and thought it was disgusting so I don’t think I’ll be going back to smoking again 🤩

Was still drinking over this period but in fact it’s now been 7days since I had any alcohol 👍 So doing pretty well all round
