And while I reflect on 2016, with all its ups and downs. It's a great year, we are united, in the fact we have chosen to quit the evil weeed.

And for those who, for what ever reason, this year has not been kind , I hope next year is better, all smoke free, well done all.

Great post. You're right, we are united by the fact we are quitting smoking and for me, this has been the deciding factor in my success on more than one occasion. I think that support on sites such as this, show the Internet at it's absolute best. To bring together a group of strangers, who will likely never meet and to tie them together so that they may help one another is amazing when you think about it.

When people ask what method I used to quit smoking, I now say, ....."An e-cig and a bunch of guys on the Internet that are awesome!"
