Slept down stairs, coughed all night, every thing hurts, I couldn't smoke if I wanted to.

Hoping tomorrow is better., at least I know if I was smoking, I would of ended up in hospital I,m sure.

Ah Tracey, are you dosed with the flu?   Alot of it going around at the moment....spoonful of honey if you have it is good for immediate relief of a cough...a nice bath, and an early night too, hope you are feeling better soon...

I hope your feeling better today.  Your lungs ate healing!!  I had chest pains the first couple weeks - I smoked for 30 years - quit 7 months ago - still have urges but they pass - I refuse to smoke --- get well soon  - continue the fight!!
