Still on patches however but down to step 2

Hubby is still smoking and stinks lol, determined never to smell like that again

Well done Runmeg. My boyfriend smokes as well so I know how difficult it is I also hate the smell now. Keep it up your doing so well!

my partner still smokes too. they weren't happy with me stopping when I did as they wanted to stop too but weren't ready.

I had to stop for me when I did.

Today I went to work and had forgot to put a patch on,  also struggling with painful sciatica,  so went for a walk at dinner to ease the leg and at one side of me there was a shop selling cigs and the other side superdrug, it would have been easy to buy cigs conning myself it would make me feel better BUT I went into superdrug and bought patches - so proud I did not cave in even though I thought it would ease my pain!! The mind is still playing tricks on me

Well done Runmeg not to cave in...this mental battle will continue for some time yet but as every struggle is overcome, the next one will be easier and less severe, be ready to attack at all times and when you win, give yourself a small victorious treat....
