Never been so hungry all the time

Eat eat eat or think about eating lol im constantly hungry i dont crave fags anymore just food i think ive but on a stone in 2 weeks😂but being non smoker is going well and im feeling alot better emotionly but i no its still early days so i still need to stay focused.

I cant stop eating, have certainly put weight on, but will worry about that at a later date, but I am walking more and further with the dog so i can burn off a bit of the huge amount of food I eat lol

Hi Joe... Yup I think it is natural....I did not want food but was eating chocolates lite crazy...Luckily I am fairly active and did not gain weight... Maybe 1 kilo in 9 months ....
