Hi again everyone, so last year was a stop start stop start year, went on holiday had the in-laws with me totally caved & smoked from Oct- Dec, stopped start of December, then was so stressed in run up to Christmas had a couple on Xmas eve. Not smoked since then, but now coming up to 5/6 week Mark when I do start to find it hard, chewing gum like there's no tomorrow, but don't want to cave in even though psychologically my brain is telling me I will, but proud to say I haven't smoked this year x

Hey jess. I'm so happy to hear from you, feels like full house now :)

I'm almost 5 months, I'm so happy!!!! Imagine, if we behaved last year we would be celebrating 1 year next week! Stay strong buddy. If I can do this...then there's hope for the all humanity lol

Welcome back Jess & huge well done and congrats on coming back on here to share your new quit - that takes alot of guts. You know you can do it and wishing you success that this will be your final ever quit.:)

Thank you, still taking it one day at a time, my brain keeps thinking 1 would be nice, but it wouldn't, will continue chewing gum lol
