Hello Rowen, yes I'm doing really well! Go into my fourth week next Monday.... I think psychologically I was armed and ready, I hope you are doing well? How long have you stopped smoking for? X
Ah well done Timmy, thats great heading into 4 weeks, once you hit the 1 month milestone, time flies by and gets much easier, but as you say, need to be armed and ready at all times.
I am just over 4 months (18 weeks - 128 days) smoke free and loving it, was a roller coaster of a ride at times but got through it. Looking forward to summer coming and the long sunny evenings which can be rare in Ireland but live in hope, will be great to get out and about in the evenings and enjoy the fresh air smoke free!
4 months! That is brilliant! Yes those summer days eh? Will be lovely to have those as smoke free days! The weather in Yorkshire has been dire; from October to date; depressing!
Yes Donna, there was no way I could have stopped on the first...... Was too pissed after the celebrations, started back at work on the 3rd, so a good time to stop, as work keeps my mind busy!

Thanks Timmy, yeah weather is depressing here too, at least the storms have stopped for the time being.....
