It will be exactly 1 year smoke free. = )

On another note, what happened to this place? it almost seems like the people in charge of it have sort of forgotten about it..

Hi Seanheather, and congratulations!!! (in advance)

How do you feel after year? Do you still get the urge to smoke?

I've only been here for a few months so I can't comment on what's happened to the site. How has it changed?

Sorry, lots of questions.

Hi Nozmo! Thanks. Umm how do I feel? Well, the main noticeable difference, and this was the case after maybe week 8 or so, is that I no longer have to clear my throat and I don't cough when I wake up in the morning and i don't know, I just generally feel a little better. Now all I need to do is get fit.

I do get the urge to smoke yes, but it's rare these days.

In terms of the site, it just looks like it's been forgotten. The logo at the top no longer works (its a broken image) and I don't know, just the vibe is a lot different..

My mother still gets the occasional urge to smoke after 15 years of abstinence so I don't think it ever leaves.

I've read a few comments about the site not being the same as it used to be...just thought I would ask about it.

Thanks!

Hey Sean, huge congratulations on reaching 1 year smoke free, that is such an achievement, well done!

With the regards the site / forum, I only joined in September but the impression I get is that it is alot quieter now - some days there is no posts at all, actually this week has been the busiest I seen it since I joined due to the new year quitters....

Well done in advance for getting there, Sean.

With regards to the site, most of the most frequent posters were either banned or left the site in march, so it's a little quieter. I could tell you what other site they are all on, but I'm not sure if it would be permitted.

Why would it not be permitted? is freedom of speech not allowed here anymore? Just PM it to me.
