Day 14, temptation has been UNBEARABLE! Still made it tho phew!

Lost 3lbs at fat club so that seems to be going in the right direction although I'm not sure this week will go aswell as I have fed my cravings with food.

Feeling pretty flat but still determined to plod along xx

Well done Donna, on both the weight and the smoking. I suck at quitting the fags but I'm pretty good at keeping the weight off, let me know if you start struggling. I can try to help. I lost 45 lbs 4 years ago and managed to keep them off until now. It's great to have your update... I'm happy you're doing great! 😀

I went to that woman from the operation transformation, I think her name is Eva orsmond or something like that! Easy peasy... Went from a size 16 to a size 10....took me well over 6 months, with the weight is really very slowly... If you go fast you'll get it back again. Keep going, you're doing great!
