I'm not counting the days, but a reminder flashed up in Outlook.
200 days passed now (almost 7 months). The only thing that would stop me now is putting some dried leaves (wrapped in carcinogenic paper) into my mouth, setting fire to them and breathing in (which would cost me £7-8 per day for the privilege)!

Great going. I am at about 50 days and it's a a scary time for me (failed before twice between 60 and 90 days). Love hearing from people who've pushed past that and feel great. NOPE is my focus this time. Congratulations to you on 7 months and feeling free x
Thanks all. Although I have gained weight during that time, I never cough/clear my throat now (which I used to do all the time), and can take a deep breath. (I was pleased when I could hold my breath for 20 seconds, and breathe out slowly without coughing - try it). I've also got £1500 in cash (I've been putting the money away every week). Maybe I'll do one of those 'cat gangsta' photos with my cats surrounded by money!
