Day 3: Going strong

Feeling a lot more confident. I can now be around people who smoke without being tempted. I have being taking a lot more lozenges though. I think I went through a dozen yesterday and it feels excessive. Should I be concerned?

A HUGE well done from me, those early days can be so harsh, but your heading to your first week in grand style.

It's truly up to you how many lozenge you use, bit for me that's not excessive, quitting smoking is the main situation here. Of course it's going to take a little while, so many things happening, ie, hand to mouth thing is massive to overcome.

Concentrate on not smoking, doing fantastic and proud you should be, well done you my friend. Just keep going

Well done getting through the most difficult days. I shouldn't worry about the lozenges you will soon be able to cut them down. Be proud of yourself and don't forget to treat yourself

Yay well done on day 3 my turn tomorrow for day 3 syndrome and you will be on day 4 xxx We are doing this we are winning keep going xx
