5 weeks today since I made the life changing decision to quit. weeks are flying by so quickly. I think now I have experienced extreme stress, being with other smokers daily and conquered craves i am past the point of no return. I know other situations will come along to tempt me so I am not complacent but I will be ready to fight and win.

Am full of admiration, Spanish eyes! 5 weeks is amazing, especially amongst other smokers. I bet they are quietly in awe of you.
Also glad to hear that you feel the time is flying - I seem to have been on week 3 for months! 😈
spanisheyes that's great! I too am full of admiration - I've barely encountered a smoker since my quit, I don't know how I would have coped in your shoes!
