Last night received some bad news, second close family member has passed away this week. I'm doing Ok but Was tempted to smoke for a moment. Then thought what would be the point? Now the craves are at the lowest they have been for a while

By the way, am I meant to be posting in Month 2?

Hi Matt,

Sorry to hear about your bereavement but very glad that you didn't allow the news to derail your quit. You're quite right that smoking solves nothing and I think your determination will always prevail.

And yes- you have indeed embarked upon your second smoke-free month and there is no reason at all why you can't now promote yourself to the Month 2 room!
