Getting close to the end of day 2 and feeling a mixture of light headed, split seconds of totally clarity / happiness.... with the off bit of grumpy thrown in.
I quit for 6 months about a year ago and it was reading forums like this that kept me going... so thought I would go one step further and actually join this time!
Bring on day 3!

Welcome, Houdini, and may this indeed be your Great Escape.
Many congratulations from me on closing down Day 2. Those first three days are often the worst so you're doing well to be getting through them with such aplomb. Are you using any NRT or are you one of those very brave people who are quitting CT?
A very big welcome to you Houdini post lots, rant lots (if you have any difficult days) and relish in the knowledge you are 5 times more likely to succeed just by joining a support network wishing you lots of luck xx
Antenatal classes I think it stands for National Child Trust, who run all the birthing classes... That being said, if you do a quick google it also stands for Nottingham City Transport, so I can see where the confusion lies
Absolutely a great incentive to stay quit Baby is due on the 10th of June, so not long to go now.... What is OH?
On day 4 now and feeling pretty good. I am going to see a friend play in a pub this evening, so have told myself that I will stick to 2 pints of shandy so that I can resist temptation
Quick question - should I be posting under the related days with a new thread for each day? I have not done this before... I will be more active with other threads once I know what I am doing myself
OH = Other Half (partner, husband/wife, etc). I wasn't sure if it was you who was expecting or if your partner was the one in the Pudding Club!
Not long to go as you say. Wow- how exciting and once again, many congratulations.
Re posting- it really is up to you whether you want to start new threads in the various different rooms or not. Most of us do because we're so chuffed at being able to promote ourselves to a new room
Well done again on your quit! I am certain you will never regret it.
