Hi, so horrid the first couple of days.

I have yet to find any one that doesn't feel better after a good cry.

Aww sorry to hear you are upset today, have a nice bath and chill out this evening, despite trying several times to give up I am always particularly kind to myself during the first week, I eat what I want,bath lots ,read lots and generally outside of work for that first week, I pamper myself and I am usually very lazy, hope u pick up tomorrow x

It's rotten isn't it? It doesn't matter how many times you've been through it because every quit is different and I think you tend to block out how you feel during those early days because it's too horrible to recall.

All I can do is reitterate what Donna has said and remind you that you will come through it before long.

Have a big virtual hug from me and I hope you feel heaps better soon.
