To everyone who has taken the time to write to me today. I feel slightly better but in a way it is good that I am so disgusted with myself, I need to remember this feeling going forwards so I dont balls it up again.

I cant wait to get back to where I was which was a really great, confident and relaxed place now I feel anxious, depressed, angry and the list could go on. I am starting to feel better now and am hoping for a much, much better day tomorrow.

It's horrible what smoking does to us isn't it? Think we can only understand after we quit too, but you'll get back to your good place soon

Glad to hear you're starting to feel better.

It's truly awful what smoking does to our mental health no matter our physical health.

Tomorrow will be brighter and as others have said, in a years time when you enter the penthouse a couple of weeks either way won't matter.
