Am trying to be positive, but I do miss smoking, of course I know it's bad, and of course I know it's difficult, and. Believe me I am trying to be positive, but today I am not positive, does it get easier? Or is my life like this for ever?

It most definitely gets easier or none of us would make it!
Keep your reasons for quitting in front of you and do not debate with yourself. You are not going to smoke. NOPE
Life will be good again, far better in fact because you'll be free. The view from the top of this mountain is going to be amazing but yeah sometimes it's hard work getting there.
Don't worry about trying to stay positive, some days are crap and you just have to get through them.
Tracey, I do hope you feel more up beat tomorrow - stick with it, if today was a bad day, it means you're due a good one real soon hun
M
Tracey. It does get better:)you have to stick to it and get through the first wks..if it was THAT easy no one would struggle
Remember why you quit and remember all the times you quit in the past and how you felt when you relapsed.
Things will get better:)just plod on through the days, your doing better than you give yourself credit for x
Tracey, Carol has it on the money. It does get better and it will. I know you get sick & tired of people telling you that but it really is true.
Just keep plodding on, one foot after the other. You're gaining altitude all the time and it won't be long before the hard bit is over.
