I am from Pakistan and i smoke from 5 years...and now i decided the date for quit smoking....that is 7th Feb 2014....

please help me...send me the most necessary steps to do that....

Hi Saif,

Not necessary. Some people manage to quit with no nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) at all (known as going Cold Turkey) whereas others (me included) find that NRT takes the edge off the worst of the withdrawal symptoms and stops you from cracking. It really does depend on you. As Karri says, read as much as you can before you quit.
