I think its important to be kind to yourself in the early days as many of us have felt 'out of sorts' in different ways. This forum is a real source of strength though and in my harder moments this is where I have turned :).
Keep posting every day and join in the discussions. Good luck to you
@gilly49 you can do it! ive been off the smokes 11 months now, seems a long time but really it flies in, first few days are hard, first few weeks get easier , we didn't need this crap in the first place so we shouldn't need it now is the way i look at it, think of it as breaking an annoying habit instead of the "addiction" tag, break the habit and you will get there ! Good luck !
Welcome Gilly,I am new myself,4 days in so we are all in this together. We all know this quitting malarkey makes sense because the alternative is back to our old ways and promises of stopping.
What's a few wks discomfit for a lifetime of freedom as a non smoker.....it's what we all want
