Hi Everyone,
I am feeling good about quitting so far it has gone really well, no more champix however since I have stopped these the cravings are a lot worse and piling the weight on.
other than that all is well

I am unsure really I went running or hoovering or anything I can, still eating more having more calories than I am burning off unfortunately
