Having a bit of an uphill battle at the moment, having a few health issues and keep feeling like a fag would make me feel so much better - but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I will not give in to Nico demon!

Thanks girls, I'm finding the forum really helps particularly when I feel a bit wobbly! People in the 'real world' all seem to be saying to me now 'oh you gave up ages ago, you've got it totally cracked by now' but as all of us on here know it's not quite like that is it - one day at a time as they say :cool:

Oh that is sooooo true. As far as the real world is concerned you are quitting for 2 weeks then you're a non smoker.

I did feel like screaming at my OH sometimes......... I did this for over 30 years, do you really think 3 weeks is going to break the habit.

Thanks Lostie, am feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment, I have degenerative disc disease and have put my back out again, this time by sitting with my feet up as instructed as I have cellulitis from an infected insect bite! Basically I am falling to bits :mad: Am very disappointed as should be off down to Wiltshire today for a big family gathering for my grandson's 5th birthday party and I will miss it again, fed fed fed up
