Want to hear my crazy addict logic people, the one that has kept me smoking for at least the last 3 years !!

I CANT GIVE UP SMOKING BECAUSE I WILL GET ILL... YES ... THAT'S WHAT MY ADDICT SELF TELLS ME !!

Guess what - that demon will still be telling you the same thing in five, ten or twenty years time - unless you do something about it now.

You will always find excuses to keep smoking; you know that stopping is something you really need to get around to one of these days, but now it not quite the right time, maybe next week, next month, after your holiday, after Christmas, yada yada yada, tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow:eek::eek:

The time to quit it NOW. You've got to get your head in the right place to do this. Loads of ex-smokers will tell you how, looking back, it was oh so easy. I could tell you that - BUT - I remember standing at the foot of that mountain and it was anything but easy at the time. But I did it, and it is absolutely within your grasp to do it too, so long as you arm yourself with the right tools to do it - bury yourself in the forum, plus the many other online resources, and read, read and read. Then read some more. Understand your addiction and you understand how to beat it.

You can do this and you won't believe the benefits until you experience them for yourself!

I'd say it sure does, we can be so rational and judgemental about other things but yet when it comes to smoking we stick out heads in the sand!!

I know head firmly in the sand, even after seeing a couple of friends buried through smoking related illness's. So yeah I guess it does make us a bit mad . Im preparing for tomorrow gunna kick its **** !!
