Day 17,
Ive been dizzy, constipated, feeling sick, bloated, lacking concentration. Someone told me this could be withdrawls ive had this all weekend. Can anyone advise if they felt like this weeks after stopping?

I have been bloated, and what you have listed are 'the norm' they do subside though-I have read loads on withdrawl symptons....they say they tend to subside after a month or so, have you changed your diet? eating/nibbling more? I have found drinking boiled water with a slice of lemon has helped the bloating-you could give that a try?
all the best SB XXX
My body has changed into the shape of a cucumber
.......but marrow shaped !

Hiya Kaz
It's all normal - I was a total zombie for weeks post-quit. Didn't get constipated because I chain chewed sugarfree gum and quitting definitely messes with your body, nicotine is a stimulant so withdrawals have a weird effect
Stick with it and you'll be back to normal soon hun!!
Kaz,
How rude of me interfering in your post....but hope you get funny side .....
Yes body is going through mega changes....your mind is crazy...it's a wonder anyone quits ! But try to go with the flow and be very kind to your body, it has a wonderful habit of telling you what it needs it you listen to it...THEN IT WILL THANK you ten fold for the freedom you have given back.
Thanks all I guess I was expecting to be energetic by this stage instead of floored lol. x
