Awesome! I have completed a week and a half of no smoking.

I had a dream last night. It was New Years Eve and I was going to a party with an old ‘smoking-friend’. She was very upset because someone had locked all her cigarettes away and she asked me to bring some. I told he that I had stopped smoking ….and then I started to think, “maybe I can smoke just because it is New Years Eve.” I would be back on track the next day, “It would just be for tonight.”

I can't remember the rest of the dream, but I woke up really upset that I had slipped until I realized that it was just a dream. This tells me that I am serious this time around.

Everytime I get a craving I just think about how crap I felt when I was smoking. Tight chest, congested sinuses....stinky breathe and clothes.

Otherwise, here comes the weekend. I will be exposes to some smokers this weekend. But I feel strong.
