Was around smokers yesterday but still here Day 7 and smoke free!

FIRST time quitting, give thanks to my inner strength & support on here.

Feel very blessed indeed.

Hope your all staying strong & staying focused we can do this.

Like some1 told me on here, take baby steps and don't think to far ahead.

And its working!

Well done you for getting through not only your first week but being round smokers can be pretty daunting in the early days

yep taking baby steps is the best way forward and trying to keep a positive mindset will work wonders too

onwards and upwards is the only way to go

Brilliant Natz, we're here on Day 7! Glad to hear your doing well

Been a bit of a tough one here in mums this morning, had a rough night's sleep with my baby boy (well he's over 1 now but will always be my baby) so feeling a bit tired and cranky and then had to get up to help mum, made us tea and she was having her usual tea and 2 smokes. The smoke was bugging me but at the same time lets just say I had to make a dive for the inhaler! Calmed down a bit now still feeling a bit tired and stressed but smoking most certainly won't help!
