Day 7!!!!

I can't believe I am on Day 7. It has gone so quickly. Today has been my easiest day I think, probably because I am feeling so pleased and don't want to let myself down. I could go on and on, I feel so chuffed Thanks to the people on this forum, who have made it less difficult. Here's to another 7 days.

Buffy are you using a quitmeter.......I was and it caused probs with my computer so removed it.....any1 else had probs with quitmeter?

Yeah it's a freebee one seems to run ok 'QuitKeeper' can't insert it in signature but has a paste hotkey.

yeah 21 days! quite impressed myself there lol should have a cash for ash jar really because i havn't really seen the money! funny thing is i havnt really had £5 a day to spare! how did i smoke before :confused: !

6 weeks or so

Me over 5 or 6 weeks now......lost count.....but can tell you that cravings dissapeared ages ago. Its not that I wouldnt like another cig.....its just I honestly couldnt be bothered and wow doesnt it feel great not to smell of smoke and have to fork out at least £5 a day.

Well done u 2 ! 3 weeks is no easy feat and hopefully others giving up the fags will be able to see from us and others that fags can become history!

You are so right. Reading all the threads does give hope and encouragement. It makes me realize that stopping smoking can be done and there is light at the end of the tunnel. People have a laugh on here and help you get you through the bad times eg day 3. Thank you everyone
