Well folks im on day 27 of cold turkey and i feel like the turkey that passed on christmas......................or should i say escaped from the plate.
What a feeling i just lurrrrve this new life................i encourage everybody to do it, if you make it passed those first 3 days you are 95% there.
Come on and join in the fun and just smell and appreciate that FRESH AIR :D:D:D
Your enthusiasm is amusing lol I read your post and Im thinking, 'ok, I want some of what he's having' haha Do you really feel good about it now? How long did it take you to get so upbeat? I am so ready for it! My head still hasn't caught up (after three lonnng days) that I don't smoke anymore and I keep going to go and have a cig until my brain finally engages!. Ahh.
I'll have some of what you are having though, if I may! 
Maddy just believe in yourself and you can do anything, it took about 5 days for me to realize that im a none smoker and then from there on everyday became easier than the last.................TRUST ME IF I CAN DO IT ANYBODY CAN DO IT......................the feeling of having nothing that controls you anymore is the best feeling ever.........well my missis still does but shes good for me in every possible way :D:p:D
