well now i know im definitely an ex smoker , before when we had weather warnings i would panic buy tobacco,filters and papers , never gave them a thought this morning when i was panic buying bread and milk

Day 10 for me today so no going back to single figure quit days now

Have to say I'm feeling very smug seeing the smokers in my office go out and shiver in the snow while they have their fags and come in complaining about how cold it is and I'm sitting here in the warm!!

Sort of brings it home how limiting it is being a smoker doesn't it?

ha my husband goes outside to smoke a few times every night , comes back in telling me how cold it is and shivering , i just say you dont have to go out , i dont , i better not get too smug yet , still early days
