Hi Everyone,

I'm still here & doing well, hope all is well with you lovely people

Is anyone having vivid dreams? in one i was best friends with Gail & Nick Tilsley, & last night i was working as a nurse trying to feed a lady Cherry yogurt, she was only about 6 inches tall & her arms were wooden spoons lol.....or am i just going mad???? :eek:

Hi fluff.

I wonder if its the strength of the patch you are using. I used them a couple of years ago and had the same reaction. I reduced the size of the patch by cutting it in half which did the trick. Even thought you don't use them during the night, the nicotine is in your system.

May be dicko, but i wont risk my quit by reducing the dose untill my SSNurse suggests it's time to.....i quite like my strange dreams anyway but thanks anyway

Hi all,

I'm now dreaming (when I get enough sleep to!) for literally the first time in years - no joke! Trudy I agree, nothing to do with any form of drug although you wouldn't think it! I nearly took a dwarf's head off with a golf club I built in my garden shed last night, and only managed that after making it across a river that doesn't exist halfway up a purple mountain.

Is this what the 60's were like?? I haven't even got a garden shed!

I only got the vivid dreams when I kept my patch on overnight so maybe it's a withdrawal thing or your patch is too strong?

Still at least they're not nightmares!!
